Please understand that technology moves very quickly, every year hundreds of new devices are released leaving older technology obsolete. Also, some devices never gain much popularity even though they are perfectly good products. In either case, our sales team are continuously looking for new outlets in hopes to find good homes for good devices.

We are an environmentally conscious company who strongly believe that the products we buy should not end up in land fills. Electronics often contain harmful chemicals and heavy metals which can be very dangerous. With this said, we do whatever possible to either make sure your device ends up in a good home, or is recycled.

It is always recommended to wipe the data from your device before you ever ship it. However, we know that personal data can be very sensitive and our technicians will wipe the data from your device the moment it is powered on and the testing process has begun. We also understand that some recycled devices will not power on and in these circumstances we only deal with recycling plants who have passed the requirements necessary to destroy any and all data from every device.

We thoroughly test any device that comes to us, and in the case that your device does not match the condition that was first priced, we will email you with an adjusted price. You can choose to accept or reject the adjusted price. If you choose to reject, you will be responsible for return shipping fees and we will promptly ship your item back to you with an explanation why it did not pass. We don’t like surprises and neither do you, and so it is important to us to provide accurate pricing upfront and keep you informed along every step of the process.
